Key Targets & Expectations Primary KPI: Secure a minimum of 10 qualified consultation calls/private appointments per week with vetted, high-intent buyers. Closing Incentive: Receive a 10% direct cash commission on the total gross transaction value for every sale closed from your generated leads. Given average order values in high jewelry, earnings are substantial. Responsibilities Targeted Prospecting: Identify, map, and engage high-net-worth individuals, private wealth networks, luxury lifestyle managers, and family offices. Multi-Channel Outreach: Leverage direct outreach, private networking, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, luxury forums, strategic partnerships, and white-glove digital channels.
