Our partner lead-generation channel delivers 16-20 warm leads every week — founders and professionals, primarily from Canada, seeking E-2 investor visas and O-1 extraordinary ability visas (cases worth $3,000-$15,000 each). We need ONE elite intake specialist to convert them. What makes this role different: 🔥 The leads come to YOU. No cold calling, no prospecting, no list-building. These are inbound prospects who already want what we sell. ⚡ Speed is the game. Your #1 job: respond to every new lead in under 5 minutes, qualify them, and book them into the attorney’s consultation calendar. Speed-to-lead is why our conversion beats other firms. 🤝 You + the attorney = the closing machine. You qualify, book, and pre-frame. The attorney runs the consultation (the authority moment). Then YOU take over: follow-up, objection handling, engagement letter, payment. Most deals close after the 5th touch — most firms give up after the 2nd. That gap is your commission. 💰 The package: • Monthly base retainer (stable, guaranteed) • Uncapped commission on every signed case • Full training on E-2/O-1 process, scripts, FAQ library, CRM — you’ll sound like an expert in week one 🌍 Long-term seat in a growing machine. We’re building an international legal group — the people who build with us grow with us. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: • 2+ years in sales, intake, or closing — legal intake or high-ticket closing strongly preferred • Experience selling E-2, EB-5, investor visas, or franchises to immigrant investors = move to the FRONT of the line • Excellent spoken and written English (near-native) • French/English bilingual strongly preferred — many leads come from Canada, including Québec; closing in French is a superpower here. Spanish also valued. • Comfortable with CRM pipelines, follow-up sequences, and calendars • Available to cover US/Canada business hours (EST-PST) • Hungry, organized, and allergic to letting a lead go cold IMPORTANT — scope of the role: you sell the process and the firm, you never give legal advice. Eligibility analysis and strategy belong to the attorney. We train you on exactly where that line is. OUR SELECTION PROCESS (fast — we hire this week): 1. Written screening (questions below) 2. A 15-minute roleplay call: you’ll handle a simulated E-2 lead live 3. Paid trial week on real leads 4. Offer HOW TO APPLY: Start your proposal with the word SPEED (so we know you actually read this). Then answer briefly: 1. Describe your sales/intake experience — what did you sell, at what price point, and what were your conversion numbers? 2. A warm lead filled our form 4 minutes ago. Walk us through your next 30 minutes, step by step. 3. A prospect had the consultation, said “I need to think about it,” and went quiet for 5 days. What’s your exact follow-up plan? 5. Your expected monthly base + commission structure. Applications without the keyword or with generic answers will not be read. Warm leads. Real commissions. A firm that’s scaling.
