About us: We are a San Diego–based video production and performance marketing agency. We make and run high-performing video ads for DTC, ecommerce, and local service brands. We're looking for a LinkedIn outreach specialist to keep our calendar full of qualified discovery calls. What you'll do: Build targeted prospect lists matching our ideal client profile (DTC/ecom brand owners, marketing decision-makers, and local service businesses) Send personalized connection requests and outreach messages — real, human, one-to-one, not spammy copy-paste blasts Manage conversations and follow-ups to turn replies into booked calls Book and confirm qualified discovery calls directly on our calendar Track outreach and results in a simple shared sheet or CRM You're a fit if you have: Proven LinkedIn outreach / appointment-setting experience (please share real numbers — how many calls you've booked for past clients) Excellent written English and a natural messaging style Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach workflows B2B or agency outreach experience (marketing / DTC a big plus) Compensation: $300/month base for managing outreach and booking qualified calls Performance bonuses available for booked calls and closed deals. Strong performers can earn well beyond the base, and this is an ongoing, long-term role for the right person
