LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist for Growing Social Media Agency

We're a boutique social media agency looking for a skilled freelancer to help drive lead generation and sales for our growing client roster. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships and turning cold outreach into real business. What You'll Be Doing - Identify and research high-quality leads through LinkedIn and other relevant sources - Reach out to prospects and build genuine relationships that lead to paying clients - Conduct market research and analysis to inform outreach strategy - Manage prospect lists and keep outreach organized and consistent - Support appointment setting and help move leads through the sales pipeline What We're Looking For - Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, and outreach - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Comfortable with list building, market research, and prospecting tools - Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools is a plus - Experience in the marketing, social media, or creative agency space is a bonus Target Client Industries We work with brands in beauty/skincare, food & beverage, wellness/fitness, and outdoor/nature niches, experience in any of these spaces is a strong plus.
