LinkedIn Lead Researcher – Digital Coaches with Active Email Lists

I run an email marketing service for digital coaches. I need someone to build me a list of qualified LinkedIn leads I can personally connect with and message myself. What I need: A CSV of 500 LinkedIn profile URLs for digital coaches (fitness, business, life, real estate, investment, leadership, marketing, social media coaching, or similar — this is not an exhaustive list) who meet ALL of these: Location: English-speaking business owner/founder/CMO based in Australia, New Zealand, UK, Ireland, or Europe. List size: Likely has an opted-in email list of 5,000+ subscribers — whether they're actively emailing it now or it's gone dormant. Company size: Under 20 employees Important — tell me how YOU determine email list size: I'm not handing you a fixed methodology — I want to know how you'd actually figure out whether someone has a 5k+ opted-in email list, since true subscriber counts aren't public for most people. That judgment call is the actual skill I'm hiring for. Explain your approach in your application. Project structure: Start: small paid test batch (fixed price, we'll agree the rate before starting) so I can review quality If quality is good: move to the full 500 at an agreed per-lead rate If this works well, I'll come back monthly for fresh batches (ongoing potential) Requirements: Experience with LinkedIn research/lead sourcing (Sales Navigator experience a plus) Comfortable making judgment calls from indirect signals, not just keyword matching Clean CSV delivery Available for quick revision rounds if some leads don't qualify To apply, answer these 4 questions: 1.
