LinkedIn SDR / Appointment Setter for CPA Firm — Paid Trial + Long-Term Role

Hey! We’re an online CPA firm - Level CFO Looking for a sales development representative at $4 USD / hr plus commission (%9 bonus per cash collected + $25 weekly bonus for 5 booked calls). Hiring 1 position only. Long-term opportunity for the right person. Non-Negotiable Requirements: - Active LinkedIn account, 100+ connections; verified or ability to verify the Account. - Excellent English, spoken and written; easy to communicate with AND responsive - Excellent internet connection, mic and camera for meetings a Plus if you have: - Experience with CRM systems (Excel, Google Sheets and GHL) - Experience with cold email marketing (Instantly) - Experience with cold calling Owners and decision makers We Provide: (only if the non-negotiables are present) - Training system and easy onboarding - Big bonuses and flexible schedule (remote) - Long-term opportunity if the fit is strong We start with a paid 2-week onboarding phase through Upwork Week 1, the first 5 days - you will be reporting to our Team Lead, Omar: The main goal of this period is to get your Accounts ready, understand the whole system; who we are and what we are looking for; Making sure you are a fit, can send out the required volume and meet our KPIs. (start your proposal with “utopia”, any applications without this will not be considered) During this period, you will be learning everything there is to know, from Omar and getting set up. No previous experience is required as long as you are motivated, hungry to learn and eager to make an actual difference. (Non-negotaibles are a must) Week 2, the last 5 days - you will be running our whole system and being measured against our KPIs; if you can stay consistent, show some real and genuine effort - we can continue long-term.
