Project Title: Looking for a Google Sheets Expert to Build an Automated Studio Operations & Financial Management Dashboard Project Description: We operate a studio in Saudi and need a fully automated, dynamic, and customizable Google Sheet to streamline our daily operational and financial processes. Currently, we manage data across multiple sheets (Vendor List and Daily Playbook) manually, which is time-consuming. We want to centralize everything into one comprehensive system. Here are the detailed tasks and system logic required: 1. Database Architecture & Automated Tabs • Master Data Input Tab: A single source of truth where all daily orders, client details, service types, and financials are entered. • Automated Vendor/Contractor Tabs: Every vendor must have an individual tab (e.g., Sakib, Faruk). These tabs MUST automatically pull data from the Master Tab based on the Contractor's name (using FILTER or QUERY formulas). No manual copy-pasting. 2. Core Features & Financial Logic Required • Drop-down Menus (Data Validation): Implement drop-downs for columns like Service Type, Contractor/Vendor Name, Status (Done / Submitted / Canceled), etc. • Canceled Order Logic: If an order status is marked as "Canceled", its amount must be automatically deducted from the daily/total revenue calculations. • Net Profit Calculation Formula: Net Profit = Project Amount (Sale) - Vendor/Execution Cost - Mediator Fees • Daily & Monthly Summary Dashboard: * Daily Sales Tracking (Cash in hand + Service-wise profit splitting). o Accounts Receivable/Payable tracking (Total Amount, Advance Received, Due Amount). o Daily and Monthly totals for Vendor Payouts so we know what to pay on a daily basis and monitor monthly summaries. • Expense Tracker: Separate tracking for expenditures categorized into Business Operational Costs and Personal/Living Costs. • Multi-Currency Support: Ability to track financial ins/outs in both Saudi Riyal (SAR) and Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 3. Deliverables, Expectations & Advanced Architectural Consultation • Fully Dynamic Sheet: All formulas must be scalable (using ARRAYFORMULA, SUMIFS, FILTER, or QUERY). We do not want to drag formulas down manually; the sheet must update automatically as new entries are added. • Smart Multi-Currency Architecture (SAR & BDT): Since our transactions involve both Saudi Riyal (SAR) and Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), you need to design a system (e.g., a currency drop-down selection per row or separate currency tracking columns). So that SAR and BDT are never incorrectly aggregated or mixed up in total calculations. • Centralized Dropdown/Backend Settings Tab: Create a hidden or dedicated Settings / Backend tab to manage all drop-down lists (Vendors, Services, Statuses). If we add a new vendor or service to this list in the future, it must automatically reflect across all dropdown menus in the sheet. • Clean & Professional UI: The dashboard must have a polished, non-cluttered, and professional corporate look (clean color palette, proper freeze panes, explicit number and currency formatting, and clean typography). • Delivery & Short Handover: Provide a fully editable Google Sheet link, along with a brief consultation or a short screen-recording video explaining how to operate and manage the automation rules you built.
