Looking for SDR or BDR specialist

Looking for somebody who can understand my AI product and then respond to the leads who share their email address on our website. Follow up to qualify them and make a sale. Only apply, someone who has proven expertise in understanding the behaviour of leads so as to get maximum replies and sales. We get connections on LinkedIn as well, so DM/inmail them in such a way that they try our product and then finally purchase it. We also need to do the outreach for partnerships and collaboration. This job would have a fixed monthly amount and two bonus amounts for the two milestones, one when the lead tries our product and the second when they purchase it. Our ICP is the high-net-worth coaches of the world, especially in the USA, UK, etc.
