Client Catalyst Collective (CCC) teaches everyday people how to make money online by building their own online marketing agency - and the pitch is clean: if you want to make money online, we'll teach you how. We've already closed this offer lot’s of times completely organic, off the back of our Instagram following. We're flipping ads on now, which means a steady flow of warm leads coming straight into our pipeline. That's where you come in. We need a setter to call our warm, inbound leads, build a little rapport, and get them booked onto the calendar for a sales call. These people already raised their hand — you're not cold-prospecting, you're following up and scheduling. What you'll do - Call warm, inbound leads and book them onto sales calls - Run a light daily follow-up block (roughly 30 minutes) calling back previous leads from previous days if you couldn’t get a hold of them then. - Be on-call for 1–2 new leads per day as they come in — reach out promptly while they're hot - Keep leads, notes, and bookings tidy in our CRM Who you'll be calling Our leads fall into a few different buckets, and you'll know which is which — the CRM tags every lead by ICP so you can tailor the conversation: - Complete beginners — people brand new to making money online who just want a way in. Young go-getters (18–25) — looking for a real business growth partner / mentor, not a "buy the course and goodbye" offer. They want to be taken somewhere. - Professionals (30–45) — doctors, lawyers, teachers — successful people with excess cash who want a vehicle to build their dream life on the side, or an investment vessel that produces for them every month. - Existing agency owners ($10K–$20K/mo) — already running, looking to scale to $50K/mo with focused, direct, hands-on help. Different people, different motivations — but all warm, and all already interested. Your job is to meet them where they are and get them booked. What this looks like day to day - All remote. You do not need a computer — just be available to pick up the phone and make calls throughout the day. - Roughly half an hour of follow-up calls daily for existing leads, plus quick on-call availability for the 1–2 fresh leads that come in. - Flexible and light — this is about being reachable and responsive, not chained to a desk.
