Hi! I'm looking for an marketer to help me grow my Skool community for Russian language learners, someone who understands how to launch and grow online education products and membership communities. About the project I have: 370k+ Instagram followers Around 8,000+ email subscribers 60K+ Tik Tok Audience a newly launched paid Skool community with 11 members Your responsibilities 1. Instagram / Meta Ads Set up and optimize Meta Ads Help choose the best campaign strategy Test creatives and audiences Improve conversions while keeping acquisition costs low 2. Email Marketing Recommend the most cost-effective email platform Import my email database Remove duplicate contacts Write high-converting sales emails (or a short email sequence) Launch the campaign 3. Growth Strategy I'm also looking for someone who can suggest additional ways to grow the community. If you have experience with successful launches, I'd love your ideas. For example: funnels lead magnets retargeting webinars organic growth automation anything else you believe would work I'm open to suggestions.
