As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Marketing Manager who can think strategically, execute effectively, and build a scalable marketing engine that fuels growth. This is not a role for someone who simply manages social media calendars or launches ads. What You'll Own Marketing Strategy & Growth Leadership - You will serve as the driving force behind our marketing vision and execution. You will: - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and client acquisition - Create data-driven growth initiatives across digital channels - Continuously evaluate market trends, audience behavior, and competitive positioning - Translate business goals into actionable marketing plans Demand Generation & Lead Growth - You will build and optimize the systems that attract and convert prospective clients. You will: - Develop campaigns that generate qualified consultations and drive revenue growth - Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms - Improve lead quality, conversion rates, and marketing ROI - Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure seamless lead flow and stronger conversion performance - Build marketing funnels that move prospects from awareness to consultation Brand & Content Leadership - You will shape how the market experiences MRA Law Group. You will: - Maintain a consistent and compelling brand presence across all channels - Oversee content strategy for social media, email marketing, blogs, newsletters, videos, and landing pages - Develop messaging that builds trust, credibility, and engagement - Ensure all marketing materials reflect the firm's mission, values, and client-centered approach Analytics, Systems & Optimization - You believe marketing decisions should be driven by data, not assumptions. You will: - Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance - Establish KPI dashboards and actionable reporting for leadership - Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement - Optimize marketing funnels and campaign performance through continuous testing and refinement - Leverage CRM data and automation tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness Team & Vendor Management - You will lead projects and coordinate resources to execute at a high level. You will: - Manage freelancers and external vendors, including designers, video editors, and copywriters - Ensure projects are completed on time and aligned with strategic objectives - Create systems and workflows that improve team productivity and campaign execution What You Bring - Proven success as a Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Growth Marketer, or similar leadership role - Strong understanding of modern digital marketing channels and customer acquisition strategies - Experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, or similar platforms - Exceptional English writing and communication skills - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business decisions - Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar systems - Strong project management and organizational skills - Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution Who You Are - You are both a strategist and a builder. - You can develop a long-term marketing vision while still being willing to dive into campaign execution, analyze performance metrics, review ad creative, optimize funnels, and solve problems. - You don't measure success by activity. - You measure success by outcomes. - You understand that great marketing is not just about generating attention - it's about creating trust, generating qualified opportunities, and contributing directly to business growth. - You take ownership, move quickly, think critically, and continuously look for ways to improve performance. - Most importantly, you're excited about building something meaningful and making a measurable impact.
