# Client Onboarding Specialist (Remote — South America) A-List Media | Full-Time | Remote (LATAM preferred for US Pacific overlap) About Us A-List Media installs AI-powered social media marketing systems for local service businesses across the US. We're growing fast and onboarding more clients than ever. Your job: make their first two weeks with us feel world-class. ## The Role You own the client onboarding experience from sale to launch. Two calls define this role: **1. Discovery Call** — You meet the new client, walk them through our onboarding questionnaire, and learn their business inside out. They should hang up feeling like they just talked to someone who *gets* business — sharp, warm, and easy to talk to. **2. Kickoff Call** — You walk the client through their campaign inside GoHighLevel: the funnel, the automations, the ads strategy. This call requires confidence and real marketing fluency. You're not reading a script — you're the expert in the room. REQUIREMENTS - Great english - Willing to be on camera with client onboarding and support calls - Marketing experience (facebook ads, Go High Level, etc) - Sales experience a plus ## What You'll Do - Run discovery and kickoff calls with new clients - Complete onboarding questionnaires and document client business details - Present campaigns and walk clients through GoHighLevel - Coordinate with our fulfillment team to get campaigns launched - Keep clients excited, informed, and confident from day one ## Who You Are - **Excellent spoken and written English** — native-level fluency on calls - **Marketing knowledge** — you understand ads, funnels, and lead generation - **Customer service instincts** — people enjoy talking to you - **Technically capable** — GoHighLevel familiarity is a big plus; if not GHL, you've used a CRM and learn software fast - **Based in South America** — strong overlap with US Pacific time - Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and a professional on-camera presence ## Why Join - Fully remote with a tight, high-performing team - Direct exposure to US marketing systems and strategy - Growth path as we scale **To apply:** Send a short Loom video (2 min max) introducing yourself and telling us about a time you made a customer's experience great.
