Billing Manager | eClinicalWorks Experienced Salary: Depending on Experience We are a growing U.S.-based Pain Management practice seeking an experienced Billing Manager. This is a full-time remote position for applicants who have experience in U.S. medical billing and hands-on eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who can work independently, improve billing workflows, reduce A/R, and maximize collections. Responsibilities Manage the daily medical billing and revenue cycle operations. Review, submit, and monitor insurance claims. Oversee payment posting, claim corrections, and denial management. Lead A/R follow-up and appeals to maximize reimbursement. Monitor aging reports and identify opportunities to improve collections. Ensure billing compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, Workers' Compensation, and commercial insurance guidelines. Supervise billing staff and maintain productivity standards. Prepare weekly and monthly billing performance reports. Collaborate with providers, clinical staff, and management to resolve billing issues. Required Qualifications 3+ years of U.S. medical billing experience. At least a hands-on eClinicalWorks (eCW) billing experience is required. Previous experience in Pain Management billing is preferred. Strong knowledge of: Accounts Receivable (A/R) Denials and Appeals Payment Posting Claims Submission Insurance Verification Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance Ability to analyze reports and improve billing performance. Excellent English communication skills. Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office. Available to work U.S. business hours. Preferred Qualifications Supervisory or Billing Manager experience. Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding, and modifier usage. Experience with interventional pain management procedures (e.g., epidural steroid injections, medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablation, SI joint injections) is highly preferred.
