Merchant Acquisition Specialist — Birmingham Restaurants (Field / Commission)

Hi — we're hiring independent field reps in Birmingham to help local restaurants build direct repeat orders — so they're not giving away margin to Deliveroo / Uber Eats every month. You'll cover one patch: Jewellery Quarter, Digbeth, or Harborne. It's in-person work — walking restaurant areas, honest conversations, and logging everything in our CRM. We give you the map and talk track; you bring local street smarts. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Walk your patch and speak with restaurant owners and managers • Ask qualifying questions before long demos • Log every touch the same day with a clear next step • Handle "no" with grace and keep going WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Birmingham F&B familiarity — Jewellery Quarter, Digbeth, Harborne, or nearby • Right to work in the UK • Phone + WhatsApp; 5+ days/week field availability • Comfortable with performance pay (commission + bonuses, not a fixed wage) THE PAY SIDE (honest overview) 10% commission on merchant sales you attribute, first slice ~48 hours after eligible payments. £2,000 sign-up bonus in first 60 days, achievement bonuses up to £3,500/month for strong performers.
