Merchant Acquisition Specialist — London Restaurants (Field / Commission)

Hi — we're hiring independent field reps to help London restaurants grow direct repeat orders, so they keep more margin instead of losing it to Deliveroo / Uber Eats. This is real street work in Greater London. You'll get one neighbourhood patch (Shoreditch, Soho, Borough, Camden, Hackney, or Islington) and a clear playbook — you bring local knowledge, hustle, and honesty. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Walk restaurant streets in your patch and have genuine conversations with owners and managers • Ask good questions before any long demo — we qualify first, pitch second • Log every visit in our CRM the same day (we'll show you how — it's simple) • Handle "no" with grace and keep going WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • You actually know London restaurant areas — tell us your best neighbourhoods in the form • Right to work in the UK (we verify before contract) • Phone + WhatsApp; happy working 5+ days a week in the field • Comfortable with commission-based income — this isn't a desk job with a fixed salary THE PAY SIDE (honest overview) You earn 10% commission on merchant sales you bring in. First payment slice lands about 48 hours after eligible payments. There's a £2,000 sign-up bonus in your first 60 days, plus monthly achievement bonuses up to £3,500 for strong months.
