Meta Ads & Lead Generation Specialist for Sports Performance Gym

C3 Speed Development is a sports performance training company based in Los Angeles that helps athletes improve speed, acceleration, agility, vertical jump, and overall athletic performance. We work with youth and high school athletes across multiple sports, with a strong focus on football. We’re looking for a results-driven digital marketing specialist who can help us grow our business by generating qualified leads that convert into paying athletes. What We Need We’re not looking for someone to simply post on social media or increase followers. We’re looking for someone who understands local lead generation and can build a system that consistently brings in new athletes. Your responsibilities will include: * Creating and managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns * Identifying and targeting parents of youth athletes in the Los Angeles area * Building or optimizing landing pages and lead forms * Setting up lead tracking and conversion reporting * Testing and improving campaigns to lower cost per lead * Providing weekly performance updates and recommendations Our Goal Our goal is to grow from our current client base to 20–30 recurring athletes within the next 90 days while building a marketing system that can continue to scale.
