NFL YouTube Scriptwriter Needed (Ongoing Weekly Work)

We run an established and growing NFL YouTube channel, and we are looking for one reliable scriptwriter to join us long-term. This is ongoing work. One script per week, every week. This is not generic sports writing. Our scripts take a strong point of view. Each one digs into a single story, calls out who is responsible when a team or player falls short, and gives fans the real version they will not get from the big networks. The tone is casual and funny, like talking to a buddy who knows ball. We write at a 6th grade reading level. Short sentences. No fluff. No filler. What you get from us: You get a detailed brief for every script. The topic, the angle, and the key facts are handed to you. You are not hunting for the story. Your job is to bring it to life. You get steady, predictable work. One script per week, ongoing, with a writer we can count on. What we need from you: Scripts of about 2,000 to 2,500 words. Writing that hooks in the first few seconds and pays it off. Strong, clear opinions. We are not afraid to take a side. Total accuracy. Every fact must be true and checkable. No making things up. No em dashes. We use commas, periods, and parentheses instead. This is a hard style rule. A real love of the NFL. You should know the game, the history, and the drama. Pay is $100 per script. We start with one paid test script at $100. If it is a fit, you move into the weekly ongoing role.
