1. What this is We're a cross-border marketing firm that helps Chinese companies sell into international markets. We generate leads in the Netherlands — importers, distributors, and B2B buyers interested in Chinese goods (electronics, machinery, chemicals, consumer goods) — and we need someone in the Netherlands to turn those leads into appointments, and appointments into closed container-load orders. This is two jobs in one: you're building your own outreach pipeline on top of what we hand you, and you're the one in the room (or on the call) closing the deal. 2. What you'll actually be doing You'll work two lead sources. First, leads we generate and hand to you — your job is to get each one into a meeting, in person or virtual. Second, cold outreach you run yourself: you build a target list of Dutch importers and distributors who'd plausibly buy from a Chinese supplier, and you work it. We'll help with research support and materials, but the list and the outreach cadence are yours to own. Every meeting you set, you also run. You're not handing qualified leads to someone else to close — you carry the deal from first contact through signed container-load order, including pricing, documentation, and whatever local friction comes up around CE marking compliance and customs declaration through the Dutch DMS system. 3. What makes someone right for this You've done outbound prospecting and closed B2B deals — this isn't a role for someone who's only ever worked inbound. You know how to build a target list from scratch, get a cold response, and convert a first conversation into a real meeting. You also know how to run that meeting and walk it to a close. You know — or are willing to quickly learn — that Rotterdam is the primary EU gateway port for Chinese imports and that customs declarations are filed through the Dutch DMS system, that an EU EORI number is required, and that most regulated products need CE marking backed by real documentation, not just a printed logo. Buyers here often think beyond their own market — many import through the Netherlands specifically because it's a launch point for distribution across the wider EU — and you understand how that changes their priorities around timing and volume. You're aware new EU rules taking effect through 2026 are removing low-value duty exemptions and tightening data requirements on every shipment. You're comfortable dealing with Chinese suppliers or intermediaries directly when needed. You don't wait for someone to hand you a better lead. You make the lead better. 4. Compensation $500 USD/month retainer + $500 USD per confirmed container-load conversion that you personally close. A person setting consistent appointments and closing 2–3 deals per month is making $1,500–$2,000 USD. The retainer keeps you engaged while the pipeline builds; the commission is where the real money is. 5. Requirements Proven track record in B2B cold outreach AND closing — not just one or the other Experience building a prospect list from scratch Working knowledge of CE marking and Dutch import/customs process (DMS, EORI) or demonstrated ability to learn it fast Fluent Dutch and English Reliable internet, available for calls/meetings during Dutch business hours
