Position Summary We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Office Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment activities, coordinating with Bulgarian employers, preparing employment and immigration documentation, and supporting foreign workers throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while maintaining regular communication with clients, government authorities, and internal team members. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with Bulgarian employers and business clients. Identify workforce requirements and collect job vacancies from employers. Coordinate local and international recruitment activities. Source, screen, and coordinate suitable candidates for available positions. Prepare and process recruitment documentation, employment contracts, and onboarding paperwork. Assist with immigration, work permit, residence permit, and other migration-related documentation for foreign workers. Liaise with government institutions and relevant authorities regarding employment and immigration procedures. Ensure compliance with Bulgarian labour laws, immigration regulations, and licensing requirements. Monitor and regularly update internal procedures based on changes to Bulgarian labour and immigration legislation. Maintain accurate employee and client records while ensuring confidentiality. Coordinate the onboarding process and provide support to employers and recruited workers. Prepare reports on recruitment activities and recruitment progress. Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in recruitment, HR administration, immigration services, or office administration is an advantage. Knowledge of Bulgarian labour legislation and immigration procedures is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent written and spoken Bulgarian and English. Additional languages will be considered an advantage. Personal Attributes Professional and ethical. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Strong problem-solving skills. Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and independently.
