Ongoing QuickBooks bookkeeping for photography and digital business

I run a photography business using QuickBooks Online and am looking for ongoing bookkeeping support across the full business. The business includes photography workshops, travel, advertising and marketing, website and app development, software subscriptions, hosting, payment processing, equipment, and other general operating expenses. Workshop income and expenses often span more than one year and need to be tracked by individual workshop. Payments follow variable refund and cancellation schedules that affect cash flow forecasting. Payments come through Stripe, QuickBooks ACH or credit card, or international wire transfers. I need help with payment reconciliations, categorizing all business expenses, cash flow management, tracking workshop-related income and costs, tax planning including estimated tax payments under uncertainty, maintaining accurate accounts receivable and customer balances, producing reliable quarterly and yearly financial reports, keeping the books organized and ready for tax filing. I currently handle invoicing, forecasting, and tax filing myself, but I want to outsource the recurring bookkeeping and improve the overall workflow. I would like to begin with a review of my current QuickBooks setup and discuss the likely monthly workload.
