We are seeking a skilled freelancer to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the online lending landscape in South Africa. The project involves gathering data on key players, screen recording and preparing the report. The ideal candidate will have experience in market research and analysis, with a strong understanding of the online lending sector. The deliverables include: - Research on 5 loan providers in the SA market - A breakdown for each one covering ticket sizes for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd loan - Pricing structure, including interest, fees, and VAT/IGV - General terms and conditions - Mystery shopper application to 5 players - A video of each application flow - The product structure for each player - The final contract received from each one, if the process reaches that stage So the final delivery would be the research report plus the supporting evidence gathered during the mystery shopper process.
