Outbound B2B Healthcare Sales Consultant — Build & Transfer Outbound System

We're a fast-growing healthcare services company looking for a proven outbound sales builder to design, launch, and transfer a repeatable outbound acquisition engine targeting non-acute, non-clinical B2B healthcare accounts — home health, hospice, skilled nursing, behavioral health, DME, and physician practices. This is a build-and-transfer engagement, not an ongoing retainer. You'll design a traditional, gatekeeper-savvy outbound motion, layer in AI where it genuinely helps, and hand our internal team a documented system they can run independently. We're open to remote or global candidates — this is intentionally a global search. What you'll do: • Diagnose our current state and define ICP/segmentation across a large, fragmented non-acute healthcare buyer universe. • Design and stand up a traditional outbound sales motion from scratch, including direct engagement with gatekeepers and decision-makers typical of B2B healthcare buying. • Identify where AI and technology can complement human outbound effort (research, enrichment, personalization, sequencing) without replacing the relationship-driven core of the motion. • Assess and, where useful, integrate our existing internal telesales resources into the outbound model rather than building headcount from zero. • Produce documented playbooks, SOPs, and governance frameworks customized to our tech stack — we're not looking for a black-box approach. • Co-deliver with our internal team from day one: joint account list-building, shadow sessions, and reverse-shadowing, rather than a single hand-off meeting at the end. • Deliver a 90-day ramp plan alongside a credible longer-term scaling path. • Build a transition plan into the engagement from the start, not as an afterthought. What we're looking for: • You've personally built a traditional B2B outbound sales function from scratch — ideally at a named company you can speak to in detail, with real pipeline or revenue growth over a defined period. • You have direct experience navigating gatekeepers and decision-makers in a comparably complex B2B buying process — B2B healthcare experience is a strong plus, but proven experience in another fragmented, high-volume industry is welcome. • You have a track record of training an internal team to run a function independently — you see your own success as making yourself replaceable, not creating dependence. • You know how to layer AI/technology automation onto a proven traditional outbound foundation, without treating AI as a replacement for relationship-driven selling. Nice to have: • Direct experience selling into non-acute healthcare specifically. • Experience directing or complementing a dedicated internal telesales/inside-sales team. • Experience building or leading distributed or global SDR/outbound teams. How we'll measure success: • By day 90: ICP and segmentation finalized, tooling decisions made, and the outbound system live with first campaigns launched. • Ongoing: a working system generating qualified pipeline, a documented and transferable playbook, and a credible path toward a program that could scale meaningfully at close to a 1:1 return on program investment.
