Outbound Cold Caller for Vacant Land Sellers

I am looking for a reliable outbound cold caller to contact vacant land owners in the United States. This is a script-based calling job. You do not need to negotiate, make offers, or close sales. Your job is to call the list, read the script clearly, ask the questions provided, record the seller’s answers, and mark warm leads for me to follow up with. Responsibilities: - Call vacant land owners from a provided list - Follow my script closely - Ask basic seller/property questions from the script - Record call results in Google Sheets - Mark warm or interested sellers clearly - Note no answers, wrong numbers, callbacks, not interested, and do-not-call requests - Provide clear daily call notes - Do not negotiate price - Do not make offers - Do not change the script without approval Requirements: - Strong spoken English - Prior outbound calling or appointment-setting experience - Reliable internet connection - Able to update Google Sheets accurately - Comfortable making many calls during a shift - Honest, organized, and dependable - Able to follow instructions carefully This will start with a small paid test.
