Outbound Growth Specialist for US B2B

Description: We're looking for an Outbound Growth Specialist to generate qualified B2B meetings through personalized outreach, on a long-term, ongoing basis (approx. 20 hours/week). Your targets will be dealers, builders, architects, interior designers, and commercial clients in the US home improvement market. This role owns strategic B2B trade partnership prospecting for our marketing function, reporting into our internal PMO and collaborating with our marketing strategy lead on outreach planning. What you'll own: - Building targeted prospect lists across the segments above in the US market - Designing and executing personalized email outreach sequences to generate qualified meetings - Running outreach campaigns (Sales Navigator) to engage target accounts and decision-makers - Testing and refining messaging/sequences to improve response and meeting-booked rates within an approved framework - Qualifying inbound responses and scheduling meetings, handing off qualified meetings to our sales team - Maintaining accurate prospect, outreach, and pipeline data within our CRM - Monitoring deliverability and sender reputation to keep outreach compliant and effective - Reporting outreach volume, response rates, and meetings booked What we're looking for: - Proven experience running B2B outreach campaigns, ideally in home improvement, building products, or a related trade - Strong written communication and persuasive messaging skills - Familiarity with outreach/CRM tooling and deliverability best practices - Comfort refining messaging based on performance data This is a long-term, ongoing part-time role — not a one-off project.
