About Us Purple Wall Agency is a boutique brand authority agency serving luxury custom home builders. We're bringing on a contracted outbound sales caller to work through a list of pre-qualified leads on our behalf. The Project This is a short-term, project-based engagement. You'll call through pre-qualified leads, book qualified prospects for discovery calls, and log everything in our CRM. Strong performers earn uncapped bonuses on every deal that closes. Scope of Work - Complete PWA onboarding before placing any calls (brand overview, call framework, CRM training) - Research each of the leads before calling (company, builder type, market, online presence, brand positioning) - Call through the full lead list following our provided call framework - Book qualified leads for discovery calls with PWA - Log all activity, outcomes, objections, and notes in Zoho CRM within 30 minutes of each call - Submit a minimum of 3 recorded calls for performance evaluation - Document objections verbatim or in close paraphrase Engagement Details - Total hours: hours of calling work - Lead list: pre-qualified leads - CRM: Zoho | Dialer: Google Voice - Recorded calls required: minimum 3 Compensation (Milestone-Based) - Milestone 1 — Onboarding: upon completed onboarding - Milestone 2 — Project Fee: upon completion of the 8 hours of calling - Performance Bonus: per signed client agreement — uncapped. Additional milestones will be added as leads are booked and closed. What We're Looking For - Professional, consultative phone presence — we serve a high-end clientele - Comfort following a provided call framework and brand tone - Reliable CRM discipline and clear documentation - Strong appointment-setting instinct A Note on How We Read Applications We'd rather read a rough, honest answer than a polished one. If you use AI to write your application, we'll likely be able to tell, and it works against you, because the whole job is talking to real people in real time. A builder on the phone can hear a script being read. We can read one too. So: type your answers yourself. Typos are fine. Incomplete thoughts are fine. Telling us a call went badly and what you learned is fine, and honestly better than fine. We're hiring for judgment and phone presence, not writing ability. Applications that read as generic get archived without a reply.
