Outreach Specialist — Fractional Ops Agency (B2B, High-Touch)

I run a boutique fractional ops and EA agency. We work with a small number of founder-led B2B service businesses at a time — embedded, high-touch, long-term. We have a dialed offer, a proven email framework, and a clear ICP. What we need is someone to run the outreach consistently so it actually happens. You'll be working inside an approved framework with templates and voice guidelines. Your job is to research prospects, customize the first paragraph and subject line per prospect, send sequences, and hand off warm replies to me. What you'll actually be doing - Researching each prospect enough to write one genuine, specific hook sentence - Sending and managing sequences inside Apollo (or similar) - Flagging warm replies and passing them to me with context What I'm looking for - Proven experience with cold email outreach for B2B SERVICE businesses - Able to show me real campaign metrics — reply rates, show rates, booked calls - Strong written English — the emails are short but the tone matters a lot - Comfortable working inside a framework rather than writing from scratch Compensation: Hourly base + bonus per qualified call that shows up.
