About Us We are a growing interior design company specializing in virtual and DIY interior design services for homeowners across the United States. We help clients create beautiful, functional, and intentional spaces while avoiding costly design mistakes. We are seeking a highly motivated Outreach Specialist, Referral Partner Manager, and Sales Closer to help expand our client base through strategic partnerships, lead generation, and sales. Responsibilities Outreach & Lead Generation * Identify and engage qualified homeowner prospects * Conduct outreach through email, social media, networking groups, and phone calls * Build relationships with potential clients and referral sources * Schedule consultations for the design team * Maintain lead activity in CRM Referral Partner Development Build relationships with: * Realtors * Mortgage Brokers * Builders * Remodelers * General Contractors * Home Organizers * Home Stagers * Property Managers * Luxury Service Providers Responsibilities include: * Recruiting new referral partners * Creating strategic partnerships * Managing follow-up communication * Developing co-marketing opportunities * Generating consistent referral business Sales & Closing * Conduct discovery calls * Present our design services and packages * Follow up on proposals * Overcome objections professionally * Close new clients * Collect deposits and secure signed agreements Ideal Candidate * Proven sales experience * Strong networking and relationship-building skills * Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-up * Excellent verbal and written communication * Experience in interior design, real estate, construction, or luxury services preferred * Self-starter who can work independently Compensation Option 1 * Monthly Base Pay * Commission on Closed Projects Performance Metrics * Qualified appointments booked * Referral partners added monthly * Referral revenue generated * Close rate * Monthly sales revenue * Client satisfaction To Apply Please submit: 1.
