Summary: Paid research interview, HR, talent, and resourcing leaders in consulting, engineering, and IT services (Canada / North America) We are a startup building software for project-based professional services firms, and we want to hear directly from the people who manage talent and staffing day to day, not consultants, not analysts, not enterprise HR tech teams. We want HR and people leaders, talent and L&D managers, and resourcing or delivery managers who live this every day. We are offering a paid 30 to 45 minute video interview to qualified participants. No preparation required. No sales pitch. Just an honest conversation about how you staff projects, fill roles from within, develop your people, and keep them from leaving. What this is: TalentTrack is exploring whether limited visibility into internal skills, difficulty filling roles from within, and reactive talent and staffing decisions are significant problems for firms like yours. We want to understand your world before we build anything, which means we need to talk to real practitioners, not guess. This is a customer discovery interview, not a product demo. We are not selling you anything. Who we are looking for: You are a strong fit if: - Your title is Head of HR or People, Talent or L&D Manager, Resource or Staffing Manager, Delivery or Engagement Manager, or a business unit leader involved in staffing and retention. - You work at a consulting, engineering, or IT/professional services firm (roughly 100 to 2,000 employees) - Your firm staffs people to projects or client work and depends on specialized skills - You are based in Canada or anywhere in North America - You are directly accountable for or closely involved in talent retention, internal mobility, project staffing, or employee development - You make or influence decisions about hiring, internal moves, or talent tools This is not the right fit if you work in a large enterprise, a non-project-based environment, or if your role has no involvement in staffing, development, or retention. What to expect: Format: 30 to 45 minute video call (Zoom or Google Meet) Scheduling: You pick a time that works for you, no pressure, flexible availability Topics we will cover: how you staff projects and fill roles internally, how you track skills and career paths, how you handle retention, and what would make your job easier No preparation needed, we just want your honest experience and perspective Screener questions: To confirm you are a good fit, please answer the following when you apply: - What is your current job title, and how long have you been in this role? - What type of firm do you work in (for example consulting, engineering, IT services), and is it project or client-services based? - Approximately how many employees does your organization have? - Are you directly accountable for or closely involved in talent retention, internal mobility, project staffing, or employee development? - Are you willing to take part in a recorded 30 to 45 minute video interview, kept confidential and used for internal research only?
