Summary

I’m looking for a detail-oriented bookkeeper to build and maintain a clean financial system for a growing solo business (coaching + e-commerce, with real estate/STR coming soon). This role is not data entry. I need someone who can create structure, maintain consistency, and provide clear financial visibility. Important: This is a part-time role, approximately 2–4 hours per week to start. Upwork may display a broader hours estimate, but the actual starting scope is 2–4 hours/week. Primary Objective: Build a simple, reliable system for weekly cash flow tracking and clean monthly reporting, with books prepared for loan qualification and future scaling. Weekly cadence and accuracy are critical. Scope of Work Phase 1 (Immediate): * Weekly financial tracking (Google Sheets) * Transaction categorization + reconciliation (QuickBooks Online) 1–2×/week * Track revenue across multiple accounts (Chase, Capital One, Venmo) * Maintain monthly P&Ls * Track tax allocation (15%) and transfers * Keep books clean and consistent Phase 2 (Later): * Build simple scorecards for Coaching (service), E-commerce (pre-sale readiness), STR / real estate * Create basic KPI dashboards (revenue, expenses, net) Requirements * QuickBooks Online experience * Strong Google Sheets skills * Experience with small/solo businesses * Understands cash flow + reconciliation * Detail-oriented, reliable, independent * Strong English communication required.
