Part-Time Bookkeeper

Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will be based in South America and available to work either full-time or part-time. Responsibilities: Manage bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and reporting. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies. Collaborate with management to provide clear financial insights. Work within QuickBooks (accounting software) to organize and track financial data. Requirements: Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting. Strong knowledge of financial processes and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Proficiency in QuickBooks (required). Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus. Contract Type: Full-time or Part-time options available. Location: South America preferred, but open to candidates in other regions as long as they can work during U.S. business hours (Eastern Time).
