Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Administrative Assistant to help organize and maintain the financial and operational side of our growing electrical and energy company. This is a long-term position. We need someone who can bring structure, maintain accurate records, and help keep our business organized as we continue to grow. Responsibilities * Review and categorize transactions * Maintain accurate bookkeeping records * Reconcile bank and credit card accounts * Track expenses and vendor payments * Assist with payroll tracking * Maintain job costing and profitability reports * Organize receipts, invoices, and supporting documentation * Prepare weekly financial summaries * Monitor cash flow and outstanding obligations * Administrative support and data entry as needed Software Experience Preferred * QuickBooks Online * Google Sheets / Excel * Relay Bank (preferred but not required) * Construction or service-based business bookkeeping What Success Looks Like You should be able to help answer questions such as: * How much money came in this week? * How much money went out this week? * Which jobs were profitable? * Which jobs lost money? * What bills are due? * What is our current cash position? Ideal Candidate * Extremely organized * Strong attention to detail * Reliable and responsive * Comfortable working independently * Able to identify discrepancies and missing information * Experience supporting small businesses, contractors, electrical companies, construction companies, or service businesses To Apply Please answer the following: 1.
