Summary

We are seeking a skilled payroll manager to oversee payments for our employees and contractors at our Australian based Allied health organisation. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing payroll systems, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities include processing payroll, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. We have over 50 employees and contractors and so we are looking for someone with experience in this field. Payroll & Employee Administration * Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees. * Review and approve employee timesheets. * Review and approve leave requests in accordance with company policies. * Maintain employee payroll records and documentation. * Process payroll adjustments and employment changes as required. Contractor Administration * Prepare and issue contractor invoices. * Process contractor payments in a timely manner. * Maintain contractor records and documentation. Employee Onboarding & Contract Management * Coordinate onboarding of new employees. * Prepare employment documentation and ensure all required records are completed. * Update employee contracts and employment details as required. * Maintain accurate employee and contractor databases. Reporting & Record Keeping * Maintain and update payroll, HR, and operational spreadsheets. * Ensure all payroll and employee records are accurate and up to date. * Assist with payroll reporting and administrative tasks as required. Communication & Support * Respond to payroll, employment, and administrative enquiries from team members. * Liaise with management regarding payroll and employment matters. * Provide general administrative support across the business.
