Summary

Summary Executive & Marketing Assistant to the Co-Founder / CEO Claymore Capital Inc. • Full-Time (40 hrs/week) • Remote About Us Claymore Capital operates across three verticals: DFG (a B2B cold-email marketing agency), Claymore Secondaries (pre-IPO share trading via SPV structures), and Growth Protocols (an education business for agency operators). We are lean, fast, and AI-native. The Role This sits at the intersection of executive assistant and marketing assistant. You will be the founder's Interceptor — triaging communications, managing the calendar, and making logistics disappear — while also getting hands-on with asset creation, automation, lead management, and campaign support. If you can draft an investor email at 9 AM and build a landing page at 11 AM, keep reading. We are looking for someone with High IQ, High EQ, and High Agency. High IQ means you learn fast, connect dots others miss, and context-switch between finance, marketing, and ops without hand-holding. High EQ means you read the room, match the founder's energy, and know when to push and when to protect. High Agency means you don't wait for permission — you see the gap, get creative, and fill it before anyone asks. Executive Support Own all inbound communication (email, Slack,). Handle ~80% autonomously; present the rest as pre-digested decisions with your recommendation. Manage calendar end-to-end — protect deep work blocks, resolve conflicts, act as gatekeeper for meeting requests. Deliver a structured daily briefing: action items, non-urgent updates, and personal reminders. Coordinate travel, logistics, and personal scheduling (key dates, gifts, vendor follow-ups). Track commitments across the team and ensure nothing drops. Marketing & Asset Creation Create and iterate on marketing collateral using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Lovable, etc.) — decks, one-pagers, investor materials, cold email copy. Build and maintain landing pages, simple websites, and campaign assets using no-code/low-code platforms. Set up and manage backend automations — email sequences, webhook workflows, CRM pipelines, lead routing. Manage and organize leads inside CRM systems: tagging, segmenting, updating deal stages, ensuring data hygiene. Support cold outreach campaigns — list building, copy drafts, deliverability checks. Requirements Fluent English, written and verbal. You represent the founder to investors, clients, and partners. 2+ years supporting a founder, operator, or C-suite executive in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with AI tools and actively uses them to produce work faster. Hands-on experience with CRM systems, email automation, or marketing ops (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Smartlead, Instantly, or similar). Can build or edit landing pages and simple web assets without needing a developer. Bias toward action — you solve first, report second. Narrating problems and waiting for instructions is a dealbreaker. Impeccable discretion — you will see financials, deal flow, personal information, and sensitive comms. Trust is non-negotiable. Concise communicator — if it takes you 5 paragraphs where 2 sentences would do, this isn't the right fit. Strong Pluses Exposure to finance, capital markets, investor relations, or secondaries. Experience with Claude or OpenAI tools as daily working assistants — not casual use, but integrated into your workflow. Familiarity with Clay for lead enrichment, prospecting workflows, or data operations. Experience with Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, Zoom as daily operating tools. Familiarity with cold email infrastructure (domains, DNS, warmup, deliverability). Any background in design, copywriting, or content production. Compensation & Growth Competitive salary based on experience and location. Performance-based raises tied to expanded ownership of responsibilities. Growth path: EA/Marketing Asst → Operations Manager → Chief of Staff as the business scales. Direct exposure to deal-making, capital markets, AI-powered ops, and multi-vertical business building.
