Job Title Private Home Care Lead Generation & Sales Caller Company Metro Care Partners Position Type Commission Only Compensation This is a commission-based role. You will be paid $5 for each client secured. A client is considered secured when: The client or family completes an intake call or consultation, the client is confirmed as a qualified private home care lead, and the lead information is properly entered into our CRM. Payment will be made based on verified secured clients. Job Summary Metro Care Partners is looking for a motivated lead generation caller to help us find private pay home care clients. This person will mine leads, make outbound calls, speak with families and referral sources, and help bring qualified clients into our pipeline. This role is best for someone who is comfortable making a high volume of calls, can follow a script, and knows how to identify families who may need private home care services. Responsibilities Lead Mining Find potential private home care clients and referral sources, including: Assisted living facilities Senior apartments Rehab centers Hospitals and discharge planners Hospice companies Churches Senior centers Community organizations Elder law attorneys Facebook groups Care.com and online directories Outbound Calling Call potential clients and referral partners. Introduce Metro Care Partners. Ask basic qualifying questions. Identify families who may need private home care. Collect names, phone numbers, emails, care needs, location, and urgency. Book calls or pass qualified leads to management. CRM Updates Enter all lead information into GoHighLevel or the company CRM. Update the status of every call. Add notes after each conversation. Track follow-ups. Mark qualified clients properly for payment review. Requirements Must have: Strong phone skills Sales or cold calling experience Ability to follow a script Good communication skills Reliable internet and phone access Ability to update a CRM or spreadsheet Professional attitude Consistent daily availability Home care, healthcare, senior care, or appointment setting experience is preferred but not required.
