QuickBooks Clean Up Assist

QuickBooks Cleanup & Reconciliation Specialist Needed We are looking for an experienced QuickBooks Online expert to clean up and organize our bookkeeping records. Our books need review, correction, and reconciliation to ensure accurate financial reporting across multiple business operations. Scope of Work Review and clean up existing QuickBooks Online records Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and payment processors Identify and correct duplicate, missing, or miscategorized transactions Organize and improve the Chart of Accounts Review Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports for accuracy Ensure books are tax-ready and audit-ready Document all changes made and provide recommendations for ongoing bookkeeping processes Ideal Candidate Proven experience with QuickBooks Online cleanup projects Strong bookkeeping and accounting knowledge Experience reconciling multiple accounts and correcting historical transactions High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to identify financial discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently Excellent communication and ability to explain findings clearly About Our Business We operate multiple businesses including: Short-Term Rental Management (Airbnb) Cleaning Services Car Rental Services Online Education & Coaching Experience working with service-based businesses, short-term rentals, property management, or multi-company bookkeeping is a plus. Deliverables Fully reconciled and accurate QuickBooks records Clean Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports Organized Chart of Accounts Summary of corrections and recommendations Books prepared for tax filing and ongoing bookkeeping To Apply Please include: Your QuickBooks Online experience.
