QuickBooks Desktop 2016/2017 Data Extraction - 3 Company Files I have 3 QuickBooks Desktop .qbw files (QB 2016/2017 format) that need data extracted and exported to Excel or CSV. Files are 45MB–102MB each, hosted on Google Drive. For each company, I need the following exported: 1. General Ledger - all transactions, all periods available 2. P&L (Income Statement) - monthly for every month available + annual summary for each year 3. Balance Sheet - monthly for every month available + annual for each year 4. Payroll data - all payroll transactions, employee pay history, payroll liabilities (all periods) 5. Vendor list - full list with contact details 6. Customer/Contact list - full list with contact details Requirements: - Must have QuickBooks Desktop Pro/Premier/Enterprise 2016, 2017, 2019, or newer (to open QB 2016/17 files) Requirements: - Must have QuickBooks Desktop Pro/Premier/Enterprise 2016, 2017, 2019, or newer (to open QB 2016/17 files) - Must be able to export all reports to Excel (.xlsx) or CSV - Deliver all files organized by company in a shared Google Drive folder - Work from copies only - do not modify the original files Timeline: Need completed within 2-3 days Budget: Fixed price preferred - please quote per file or for all 3.
