QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper & Financial Operations Partner

Remote Part-Time | Long-Term 2–4 hours per week (10–15 hours per month to start) Pay: US$8–10/hour I'm looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive Financial Operations Partner to help me bring clarity and consistency to my business and personal finances. I currently use QuickBooks Online and need help catching up approximately 12–18 months of bookkeeping while creating simple systems that keep everything organized going forward. This is more than a traditional bookkeeping role. I'm looking for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships, creating order from complexity, and helping important financial projects move forward. Responsibilities * Meet with me for one 2-hour Zoom working session each week. * Catch up and maintain my QuickBooks Online bookkeeping. * Reconcile bank and credit card accounts. * Categorize transactions accurately. * Organize financial documents and Google Drive folders. * Maintain a master financial dashboard that tracks accounts, debts, payment plans, deadlines, and important action items. * Help me stay accountable to weekly financial priorities. * Prepare bookkeeping reports and documentation for my CPA. * Coordinate with my CPA to ensure bookkeeping information is complete and submitted when needed. * Help create simple financial systems that are easy to maintain over the long term. Requirements * Strong QuickBooks Online experience. * Previous bookkeeping experience. * Excellent spoken and written English. * Highly organized and detail-oriented. * Reliable internet connection for weekly Zoom meetings. * Professional, trustworthy, proactive, and dependable. * Comfortable working collaboratively with clients.
