We are a rapidly expanding digital immigration platform with a proven track record (81% approval rate, 4.8-star Google rating) assisting clients across Africa with US, Canada, UK, Schengen, Australia and New Zealand visa applications. We seek 2 experienced, results-driven sales professionals in Lagos or Abuja to join our remote Nigerian team. **Responsibilities:** * Identify and engage prospective clients requiring visa application assistance. * Onboard clients using your dedicated agent dashboard. * Manage your sales pipeline and track real-time commissions. * Professionally represent the brand within your network. **This role is ideal for you if:** * You possess a strong network and can convert conversations into sales. * You understand the Nigerian visa and travel sector. * You are highly motivated, self-sufficient, and commission-driven. * You can demonstrate quantifiable past sales achievements. * You have experience selling intangible, high-value services (e.g., insurance, financial services, travel, real estate, telecommunications). **This role is NOT for you if:** * You lack prior sales closing experience. * You require constant supervision. * You seek passive income without effort. **Compensation:** * **Base Salary:** N150,000 – N500,000 per month (dependent on experience and performance). * **Uncapped Commission:** 15% per completed case. * $199 plan: $30/client * $299 plan: $45/client * $499 plan: $75/client * $799 plan: $120/client * **Earning Potential:** Top performers realistically earn N500,000+ monthly. (e.g., 10 clients/month adds $300-$1,200 to your base). **Requirements:** * Based in Lagos or Abuja, Nigeria. * Fluent in English. * Possess a smartphone and laptop. * Proven sales track record with verifiable results (CVs not required). * Background in insurance, financial services, or travel is a significant advantage. * Immediate availability. **To Apply:** No cover letter needed.
