U.S. Real Estate Cold Caller (Wholesaling) | Appointment Setter

I'm looking for an experienced U.S. real estate cold caller to contact homeowners and identify motivated sellers for my wholesaling business. Your role is to qualify sellers and schedule appointments with me. I will handle all negotiations, contracts, and closings. This is a trial project with the opportunity for long-term work. Compensation Fixed Payment: $50 USD for generating 3 qualified seller appointments within 30 days. Performance Bonus: 15% of the assignment fee received at closing for every deal that successfully closes from one of your qualified leads. A Qualified Appointment Must Meet ALL of the Following: Homeowner is interested in selling. Homeowner confirms they own the property. Property address is provided. Homeowner agrees to a scheduled call with me. Homeowner is willing to discuss a cash offer. Responsibilities: Cold call homeowners from provided lead lists. Qualify motivated sellers. Build rapport with homeowners. Gather key property information. Schedule appointments with qualified sellers. Record detailed notes after every call. Requirements: Fluent English with clear communication skills. Comfortable speaking with homeowners. Reliable internet connection and quality headset. Professional, organized, and dependable.
