Dream Neighborhood (dreamneighborhood.com) is the simple, affordable Neighborhood Pop-up Widget that installs in under 5 minutes with just a few lines of JavaScript. It auto-detects addresses from any IDX or listing page and delivers rich interactive neighborhood data including demographics, schools, crime links, walkability, Redfin market trends, commute times, and POIs. It keeps buyers on the agent's site instead of leaking to Zillow. Optional branded lead forms and PDF reports turn engagement into high-quality leads and position the agent as the true neighborhood expert. Local Logic charges $500 to thousands per month for similar neighborhood intelligence via complex SDKs and APIs. We are dramatically cheaper (solo around $40 per month or $299 per year; teams around $149 per month) with far simpler installation that works instantly on any existing site or IDX platform. No redesign required. We will pay an hourly rate, a $75 bonus for each LocalLogic customer meeting you book, and 25% the revenue from each customer for up to two years. We need an experienced outbound sales pro to run a targeted campaign reaching Local Logic users (brokerages, teams, agents, and real estate website or IDX companies) and switching them to Dream Neighborhood. What you will do Build and refine a targeted list of Local Logic users (for example, search for Local Logic integrations, sites using their widgets, LinkedIn companies or brokerages mentioning it, or real estate tech stacks). Run personalized cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls. We supply battle cards, email and LinkedIn scripts, objection handlers, and full product knowledge. Highlight the massive cost savings, 5-minute install, lead capture, and keep-buyers-on-your-site benefits. Book qualified discovery and demo calls with decision makers such as brokers, tech leads, and website owners. Track activity and results weekly (booked calls, pipeline, and feedback on pricing or positioning). Target: Generate 5 to 10+ qualified conversations per week that feed directly into our focused push for 10 to 15 high-quality brokerage and partnership conversations. We provide Complete messaging, competitor comparison (Local Logic versus us), scripts, and objection handlers. Product demos, admin access for testing, and founder support on calls. Access to outreach tools and lists where helpful. Performance bonuses on top of base pay. Success metrics (first 30 days) Build a solid target list of 200 to 500+ Local Logic users and prospects. Consistent outreach volume. Book a minimum of 15 to 20 qualified calls (we will refine based on early results). Surface real feedback on pricing, integration, and GTM to help us lock in the winning model. This is a high-impact project with clear upside. Many Local Logic users are already paying too much and dealing with complexity. We offer the better, simpler, and far cheaper alternative. Requirements 2+ years of outbound sales or SDR experience. Real estate tech, proptech, SaaS, or competitor displacement experience is a strong plus. Proven ability to research targets, write personalized outreach, and book meetings via LinkedIn and email (phone calls a bonus). Comfortable speaking with real estate brokers, agents, and tech decision makers. Self-starter who hits activity and results numbers and provides clear reporting. US-friendly time zones preferred. Strong English-speaking VAs or Philippines-based talent with real estate sales experience are also welcome. Bonus points for experience with PowerDialer, Instantly.ai style tools, IDX platforms, or real estate websites. Compensation and budget Hourly rate in the $15 to $25 per hour range depending on experience and location, or project-based. Strong performance incentives: We will pay $75 for each booked call, Plus 25% commission on any switches or closed deals for up to a full two years. Expected 20 to 40 hours per week initially. We can scale up or down based on results. 30-day trial period to confirm fit, then ongoing as pipeline builds. This role directly helps validate pricing, business model, and go-to-market with real customers who already value neighborhood data.
