Recipe Development Specialist – Protein Bars

We are looking for an experienced Recipe Development Specialist to create and refine recipes for a new range of protein bars. Responsibilities: Develop unique, great-tasting protein bar recipes. Source and recommend suitable ingredients. Ensure recipes meet nutritional and functional targets. Optimize texture, shelf life, and consistency. Conduct product testing and provide formulation documentation. Work closely with our team to align recipes with brand requirements. Requirements: Proven experience in food formulation, nutrition, food science, or product development. Experience developing protein bars, healthy snacks, or functional food products. Knowledge of ingredients, nutritional labeling, and manufacturing processes. Ability to provide scalable recipes suitable for commercial production. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Preferred: Background in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field. Experience working with supplement, wellness, or functional food brands.
