Project Types: Multi Family Residential Construction Position Overview: As Remote Project Manager you will play a supporting role of construction projects from inception to completion, while also providing essential administrative support. Your responsibilities will include managing all aspects of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, sourcing, negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors. Additionally, you will assist management with various tasks to facilitate their daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Construction Project Manager Responsibilities: - Develop and manage project Schedules. - Take Offs and Estimation. - Plan Review. Architectural, Structural and MEP - Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues. - Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors. - Manage supplier relationships - Assist management with day-to-day tasks such as scheduling, email management, and correspondence. - Conduct research and prepare reports as needed. Qualifications: - BA or MA degree in Construction Management, Civil or Structural Engineering, or Architecture - Proven experience in Multifamily Residential Construction - Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods. - Availability during Eastern Standard Time - Project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildern, Primavera, Microsoft Project, BlueBeam). - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. -🌟 Fluency in English - spoken and written!!! 🌟 -🌟 Fast and Reliable Internet connection!!! 🌟 This role is budgeted at competitive international freelance rates for this skill set, not US rates!
