Remote Tendering Specialist

This is a part-time to full time remote role for a Tendering Specialist, located in Melbourne, VIC. The Tendering Specialist will manage the end-to-end tendering process, including preparing proposals and procurement documentation, analyzing requirements, submitting bids, and ensuring compliance with client specifications. The role involves working closely with internal teams to monitor market trends, develop competitive strategies, and facilitate seamless communication with stakeholders. The position requires attention to detail, adherence to timelines, and expertise in bid management. Qualifications Experience in Tender Management and Proposal Writing Strong Analytical Skills and a detail-oriented mindset Excellent Communication and stakeholder relationship management abilities Understanding of Procurement processes and strategies Proficiency in relevant software and tools for bid preparation Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in construction or infrastructure industries is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
