We specialize in day-to-day facility maintenance, emergency response, preventive maintenance, capital projects, and integrated repair solutions across multiple trades including handyman, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, and specialty services. Our company is built around premium workmanship, fast communication, transparency, strong reporting, and long-term partnerships with Facility Managers and Property Management groups. We are currently expanding our outbound sales division and looking for a highly driven SDR / Cold Caller who understands consultative B2B outreach and can open doors with Facility Managers, Property Managers, Regional Managers, and Operations leaders. Position Overview The SDR (Sales Development Representative) will be responsible for generating qualified meetings and sales opportunities through outbound prospecting efforts. This role is NOT for transactional telemarketers. We are looking for someone who can: 1. Build curiosity 2. Know how to bypass Gate Keepers 3. Start consultative conversations 4. Uncover operational pain points 5. Schedule high-quality meetings for senior sales leadership 6. Follow structured outreach cadences 7. Build long-term relationships with prospects The ideal candidate understands how to communicate professionally with enterprise-level decision-makers and can confidently navigate gatekeepers, objections, and multi-location organizations. Core Responsibilities A- Outbound Prospecting 1. Perform high-volume outbound cold calls to Facility Managers, Property Managers, Directors of Facilities, Operations Managers, and Procurement teams 2. Execute strategic outreach campaigns through phone, email, and LinkedIn 3. Prospect companies within: Retail / Shopping Centers & Plazas / Multi-Family / Apartment Groups / Convenience Stores / Commercial Real Estate & Property Managements / Government & Institutional Facilities B- Meeting Generation 1. Schedule qualified discovery calls and QBR meetings for senior sales leadership 2. Identify opportunities involving: a) Day-to-day maintenance b) Emergency response c) Preventive maintenance d) Capital projects e) Roll-outs & remodeling f) Specialty trades C- CRM & Pipeline Management 1. Maintain accurate CRM activity tracking 2. Log all calls, notes, objections, and follow-up actions 3. Follow structured outreach cadences and pipeline stages 4. Assist in lead segmentation and account prioritization D- Research & Account Mapping 1. Research target accounts and identify decision-makers 2. Understand prospect operational structures and vendor models 3. Identify current vendor pain points and opportunities for expansion E- Ideal Candidate Required Experience 1. 2+ years of B2B cold calling or SDR experience 2. Experience selling services to commercial businesses 3. Strong phone communication and objection-handling skills 4. Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce 5. Comfortable making 80–150 outbound calls per day Preferred Experience 1. Facility Management industry experience 2. Property Management or Commercial Real Estate exposure 3. Experience selling maintenance, construction, or operational services 4. Understanding of national account sales processes What We’re Looking For You are: 1. Highly confident on the phone 2.
