Sales Closer / Appointment Setter for Paid Media Agency (Remote)

We're a paid media agency (Meta, Google & TikTok Ads) working with small international brands, and we're hiring a Sales Closer / Appointment Setter to own new-client acquisition end to end. You do the selling; we run the campaigns. What you'll do: - Prospect and generate leads through outbound (LinkedIn, cold email, cold calls) - Book and run sales calls with e-commerce / DTC brand owners - Close new clients and manage the pipeline from first touch to signature - Keep the CRM clean and report on your activity weekly What we're looking for: - 2+ years in B2B sales / closing (agency, SaaS or marketing services a strong plus) - Excellent spoken and written English (our clients are across multiple markets) - Confident on the phone, comfortable handling objections and closing - Self-driven, organized and results-oriented — you own your numbers - Available to work across time zones, fully remote Compensation: - Base (hourly) + uncapped commission on every client you close - Long-term role that can grow into a full-time position If you love the chase and can turn a cold lead into a signed client, we want to talk.
