Sales Closer (Base Hourly + Commission per Closed Deal) – Digital Marketing Agency (US Market)

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency working with US-based businesses. We are looking for an experienced Sales Closer to join our remote team. We operate a structured outbound system where leads are pre-qualified through cold outreach, audit-style analysis, and case study nurturing before they reach the sales call. Your main responsibility is to close warm, pre-qualified leads on phone or Zoom calls. Responsibilities: - Running sales and discovery calls with pre-qualified leads - Presenting our service and closing deals - Handling objections and final-stage follow-ups - Working with leads that have already received an audit and case study - Maintaining a strong close rate and consistent performance Requirements: - Strong English communication skills (spoken fluency is essential) - Proven experience in sales / closing deals (US market preferred) - Confidence on phone/Zoom calls - Ability to handle objections and guide prospects to decisions - Experience with structured sales processes is a plus Compensation: - Base hourly rate: $8 – $15 / hour - Commission per closed deal - High earning potential based on performance Working Hours: At the moment, this is a part-time role depending on daily lead flow (approximately 2–4 hours per day). As we scale and increase lead volume, this role will naturally transition into a full-time position for the right candidate. About the Role: This is a warm-lead closing role. You will not be doing cold outreach or lead generation. All leads are pre-qualified and warmed up through our outbound system before they reach you. Your focus is purely on closing deals.
