Sales Closer — Commission-Based | Lead Gen Agency (Close Warm & Cold Deals)

We’re a lead generation agency helping trade and service businesses across Australia (plumbers, electricians, builders) win more work through paid advertising. We’re looking for a confident, driven sales closer to turn prospects into signed, paying clients. This is a commission-based role for someone who backs themselves. If you can close, you’ll earn well — there’s no cap on how many deals you can land. What you’ll do: • Run sales calls with business owners and close them onto our packages • Work both warm leads (from our own marketing) and prospects you generate through cold outreach • Handle objections confidently and guide prospects to a decision on the call • Get clients signed and onto their first payment • Log activity and deals accurately in our CRM (GoHighLevel) What we’re looking for: • Proven closing experience — you’ve sold and closed deals, ideally over the phone • Strong spoken English and a confident, persuasive but honest phone manner • Self-motivated and resilient — you treat every “no” as one step closer to a “yes” • Comfortable owning a deal end to end, from first conversation to signed and paid • Able to follow a proven script and offer while making it your own • Bonus: experience selling to trades, home services, or local businesses What we provide: • A proven script, objection-handling playbook, and a strong, well-priced offer • Warm leads from our own advertising, on top of anything you generate yourself • CRM access, full support, and everything you need to close • Uncapped earning — the more you close, the more you make Compensation: • Commission per client you close • A strong per-deal payout, paid once each client’s first payment clears • Uncapped — your income is driven by your results Hours: This role involves selling to Australian businesses, so you’ll need to work Australian business hours (AEST).
