Sales Development Representative / Appointment Setter

The Role We are looking for a driven sales professional to join as our first sales partner. This is a ground floor opportunity with real long term potential. The right person will start by building and proving the model, with a clear path to leading the full sales team as the company grows. Day to day you will be responsible for two things. Following up on inbound leads generated through our paid media campaigns, qualifying them, and getting them booked or closed. And building your own pipeline through cold outreach and your network. What You Will Be Doing? Following up on warm inbound leads from paid social and search campaigns. Qualifying prospects and booking appointments or closing deals depending on the client. Building cold outreach pipeline independently. Operating under the Evoren brand across multiple client verticals. Reporting on pipeline activity and conversion rates. What We Are Looking For? Proven experience in sales, appointment setting, or business development. Comfortable working independently without hand holding. Strong communication skills, written and verbal. Experience across service businesses, aesthetics, construction, fitness, or professional services is a bonus. Someone who wants to build something, not just fill a seat. Pay Structure Pay per result.
