Sales Person for Property Management

I am looking for a world-class sales person to help build out our property management business development arm. The role involves setting me and my partner up with warm leads for properties containing 30 units or more and building strong business relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a strong understanding of the property management sector. You will be selling to property owners looking to engage a first class property manager for the first time or a property owner that is unhappy with their property manager and looking to move on; developers of real estate looking to place a property manager; condo and co-op boards that are unhappy with their manager and looking to move on.
