Job Description: Are you a driven sales closer who thrives on turning leads into loyal clients? We're a growing real estate team looking for a Real Estate Sales Representative to join us remotely — someone who knows how to work a pipeline, build genuine relationships, and consistently hit targets. If you have a strong sales background, love working inside a CRM, and know how to keep prospects engaged from first contact to closed deal, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do: - Manage inbound and outbound real estate leads via phone, email, text, and CRM - Qualify prospects — buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners - Build and nurture relationships throughout the entire sales pipeline - Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings between prospects and our team - Keep CRM records accurate, detailed, and up to date - Follow up consistently to maximize every conversion opportunity - Run outreach campaigns and lead nurturing sequences - Track your own performance: pipeline activity, conversion rates, and results - Collaborate with the team to sharpen our lead management process - Report regularly on lead status and sales progress What We're Looking For: - Proven experience in sales, real estate sales, inside sales, or appointment setting - A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Hands-on experience with CRM platforms — Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Follow Up Boss, or similar - Excellent written and spoken English - Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills - Ability to juggle multiple leads and opportunities without dropping the ball - Comfortable and confident making outbound calls - Self-motivated — you don't need someone looking over your shoulder to stay productive - Flexible availability based on business needs Why Join Us: - 100% Remote — work from anywhere - Long-term contract for the right fit, not a one-off gig - Competitive pay based on experience and performance - Be part of a team that values results and rewards initiative Details: Work Arrangement: Remote / Work from home Level: Mid-Level to Senior Schedule: Full-time Contract: Long-term for the right candidate Compensation: Based on experience and performance How to Apply: Send us a short summary covering: - Your sales experience (real estate experience is a big plus) - CRM platforms you've worked with - A specific example of a sales result you're proud of - Your current availability We're excited to see what you bring to the table!
